Terms and conditions at Faber-import

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Reservations are made for sold out items.

Payment

We accept the following payment cards:

  • VISA-Dankort

  • VISA

  • VISA Electron

  • Mastercard

Payment is only taken when the item is shipped.
All amounts include VAT.
We reserve the right to make corrections to prices and discontinued items.

Delivery

We strive to ship orders placed before 5 pm the same day.
Orders placed after 5pm will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping: From 35 kr.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Carriers: DAO or GLS

We only deliver in Denmark (not to the Faroe Islands or Greenland).
If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest location - you will be notified.

Special delivery terms may apply to certain items - this will be stated upon purchase.

Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint, according to the Danish Sales Act.
Applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Depending on the situation, you may get:

  • Repair

  • Exchange

  • Money back

  • Price reduction

Note: Does not apply to damage due to improper use.
Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovery.
We cover reasonable return costs.

We do not accept returns via cash on delivery.

Refund

When requesting a refund, please provide your registration and account number.
This can be safely sent via email – the information is only used for refund purposes.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in the webshop.

The deadline is calculated from the day:

  • You receive the item.

  • You receive the last part of a total order

  • You receive the first part of an ongoing delivery

Return costs are borne by you.

You must notify the cancellation no later than 14 days after receipt and return the item no later than 14 days thereafter.

You cannot simply refuse receipt without also providing notification.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to specifications or with a personal touch

  • Sealed goods for hygiene/health reasons where the seal has been broken

  • Goods inextricably mixed with other goods

  • Goods with broken seals

  • Non-financial services where delivery has started with your consent and the right of withdrawal is waived

Return

Return the item as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have notified your cancellation.
You pay for return shipping yourself.

Important:

  • Pack the item securely

  • Attach a copy of the order confirmation.

  • You are responsible for the item until we receive it.

We do not accept returns via cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any loss of value caused by use other than that necessary to test the item.

If the item has been used more than allowed, you may only get a partial or no refund.
For a full refund, the item must have been tried on as in a physical store - not used.

Refund

In the event of cancellation, the entire purchase amount will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery options).
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we have received your notification - or documentation of the return.

We will refund using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the amount until we have received the returned item.

Privacy Policy

To shop on the webshop, we need the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Telephone number

  • Email

  • What you bought

Your information is only used to deliver the item and handle purchase-related inquiries.

We process your information in accordance with our personal data policy.
