Are you having problems with your gel blaster? Here's some easy help.

1. Why isn't my gel blaster firing?

  • Check the battery: It must be fully charged and inserted correctly.

  • Check the wiring: Make sure no cables are loose or damaged.

  • The gel balls: They must be soaked in water for at least 4 hours to work.

2. Why doesn't it shoot as hard as before?

  • Clean the barrel: Gel ball residue or dirt may be stuck.

  • Check the battery: A weak battery will result in weaker shots.

3. The gel balls won't come out - why?

  • The magazine: Is it correctly installed and not damaged?

  • The balls: They must be the right size and consistency.

4. My battery won't charge! What do I do?

  • Try a different charger to rule out charger failure.

  • Inspect the battery for damage or dents; old batteries should be replaced.

5. It shoots unevenly – some shots seem strange

  • Clean the barrel thoroughly to remove dirt and gel ball residue.

6. There is no power in the blaster

  • Check any fuses for damage.

  • Clean the contacts for dirt or corrosion.
